Wallets
At TabTrade, all deposits and withdrawals are processed through your Wallets. Wallets are multi-currency accounts that let you hold and move different currencies easily and cheaply. Let us handle currency conversions for you by transferring between your wallets in different currencies. This gives you exchange rates cheaper than many banks. Your wallet is also where you’ll receive any rebates or bonuses from us.
Funds are kept separate from TabTrade’s operational funds and are only used for meeting margin and contract obligations, for transferring to your other trading accounts, or to pay for additional services we provide such as Virtual Private Servers.
Withdrawals
Safely returning your funds is paramount for us. To keep your funds secure, we have additional checks to make sure the money is going to you. Once confirmed, we process withdrawals efficiently – usually within 1 business day.
The fastest processing time is with cryptocurrency transfers and e-wallets, which can be processed the same day. For other methods, there may be additional settlement time to account for.
Please note that all funds must return to an account in your name. Similarly, certain funding methods such as credit card require the funds return to the source of funding until the initial deposit has been cleared.
